About Anique Sauvé
Biography
Anique specialises in labour law and joined our firm as a lawyer in 2009. Prior to this, she read Dutch Law at the University of Tilburg, where she graduated with distinction. Anique is an experienced lawyer and staff member handling a highly varied caseload. Anique has considerable experience in the area of reorganisations and social plans, flexible employment of workers and issues relating to competition and non-solicitation clauses. Incapacity for work is another of her specialist areas, along with the range of complex matters associated with this. She often uses her extensive knowledge of the Dutch Eligibility for Permanent Invalidity Benefit (Restrictions) Act, the Dutch Sickness Benefits Act, the Dutch Work and Income (Incapacity for Work) Act, the Dutch Sickness Absence and Occupational Disability among Sickness Benefits Claimants (Restrictions) Act, own-risk bearer status and wage sanctions, to provide advice to employers and employees in these areas. The healthcare sector is a key pillar of her practice, with Anique often acting as an adviser and sounding board to healthcare institutes. In 2014, Anique successfully completed the Post-graduate programme in Labour Law. As a lawyer, Anique is highly passionate, knowledgeable and experienced.
