Anneloth has been working as an employment law lawyer since 2020. She works mainly for medium-sized and large companies and healthcare institutions, and occasionally for private individuals. In doing so, she helps them solve employment law problems or issues of all kinds. She regularly acts in individual dismissal cases, but also deals with issues concerning working conditions, whistle-blower regulations, non-competition clauses, employer liability and privacy law in the workplace, such as the use of camera surveillance and the monitoring of employees' internet and e-mail use. Anneloth is people-oriented, committed, driven and accurate. As a result, she has a good feel for her interlocutor, is able to get to the bottom of issues quickly and is always 100% committed to helping the client and resolving the matter. Apart from her usual work, Anneloth also enjoys exploring employment law topics in more depth. Therefore, she regularly publishes articles and notes in (academic) journals.
