About Cas Jacobs
Biography
Cas has been working as a lawyer for Dirkzwager since 2012. He provides advice to mainly domestic, multinational and medium-sized businesses, focusing on areas intersecting with company law. Cas assists with extensive and other restructuring projects, mergers and acquisitions and regularly provides advice concerning staff representation. Naturally, his practice also covers individual employment law matters, such as dismissal cases. Cas speaks the language of the business community and prefers a practical approach.
He is a member of the supervisory board of Stichting Luxor Live, a well-known pop music venue in Arnhem.
Amongst other things, Cas has done the following for his clients:
- provided guidance for a restructuring project involving more than 500 employees;
- assisted with various restructuring projects involving more than 50 members of staff;
- provided advice on various transactions;
- completed several dismissal cases at MT level;
- won collective labour disputes with trade unions;
- presented advice on the application
