About Dylan Goossens
Biography
Dylan Goossens is an attorney at Dirkzwager legal & tax since 2018. He is part of the Commercial Contracts practice group within the Corporate Law section. In his daily practice, Dylan advises national and international companies of various types and sizes on various types of contracts, including purchase and sales agreements, cooperation agreements, agreements for services, distribution agreements, franchise agreements and agency agreements. Dylan also regularly advises on general terms and conditions. He also regularly reprepresents its clients in legal proceedings on disputes, for example on the performance of agreements, non-conformity and termination of agreements.
Dylan studied Dutch law (with a specialisation in Business Law) at the Radboud University in Nijmegen. During his law studies, he participated in the two-year honours programme 'Law Extra' of the Radboud Honours Academy and completed several internships at law firms. Dylan has also been a volunteer at several legal advice centers and he has been a board member of the Nijmegen legal honor society Semper Lex.
