About Eva Traag
Biography
Eva completed the Master's programmes in Labour Law and International & European Law at Amsterdam University. During her studies, she gained work experience at the Bijlmermeer legal aid centre and in her role as legal assistant with an Amsterdam law firm. She has worked with the Labour Law group at Dirkzwager since March 2014. Eva's focus is on general labour law, both in an advisory and litigation role. In this capacity, she handles individual and collective dismissal cases and issues surrounding incapacity for work, (under)performance and employment terms and conditions. Eva's caseload includes (multi)national businesses, medium-sized businesses and individuals.
