About Jelmer Keur
Biography
Jelmer studied Dutch law at VU University Amsterdam, specialising in constitutional and administrative law, and he studied at Utrecht University specialising in Criminal law. During his studies, Jelmer held various positions, including the role of board member of an Utrecht student association. Jelmer has been working as a lawyer in the Arnhem group for Government & Real Estate since February 2016. Here, he focuses on matters in the area of administrative law.
