About Jeroen Naus
Biography
Jeroen Naus studied Dutch law at Radboud University Nijmegen and obtained his degree in 2000. He was sworn in as a lawyer that same year and he started an employment-law practice at a large law firm. Jeroen completed the ‘Grotius Corporate Structures’ postgraduate continuing university education successfully in 2007. He joined Dirkzwager as a senior lawyer-employee on 1 October 2013.
As part of his practice Jeroen often assists entrepreneurs from the SME/SME+ sector and advises them inter alia with respect to the formulation of agreements and general terms and conditions. In case of disputes, he looks for a quick, efficient and appropriate solution in consultation with the client. He looks after their interests in legal proceedings if necessary.
Jeroen has since gained ample litigation experience in the area of disputes between shareholders, mergers and acquisitions, liability, collection, attachment and enforcement, as well as other corporate-law subjects in a broad sense.
His pragmatic approach focuses on making life easier for clients as much as possible by fully taking over their legal problem or challenge. Summarised in a few words: clear, solution-oriented, involved and accessible.

Jeroen is a member of the supervisory council of senior citizen network Stichting Swon and he is member of various business clubs, including OSRN. He likes to play squash in his time off and he is an enthusiastic skier.
