About Lorena van den Berg
Biography
Lorena joined Dirkzwager as an attorney in 2019 and is a specialist in the areas of Intellectual Property (IP), advertising law and internet law. In this regard, she has a focus on IP litigation.
She advises clients on a variety of copyright, trademark and design law, trade names, domain names, adwords, slavish imitation, unlawful competition and advertising matters such as misleading advertising and reviews.
Lorena has a particular interest in fashion and incorporates this into her daily practice by advising several clients in the fashion field on various IP issues, including clothing designers and fashion brand owners.
