About Lotte te Linde
Biography
Lotte has been working as a corporate M&A lawyer at the Arnhem office of Dirkzwager since 2016. Lotte previously studied Dutch law at the Radboud University in Nijmegen, where she completed the masters civil law (with a focus on corporate law) and criminal law. During her study, Lotte also gained relevant work experience at various law firms in the Netherlands and abroad and within the Dutch court system.
Lotte's daily practice consists of:
- Advising on and assisting with disputes within companies,
- Assisting with transactions (buying and selling of companies), and
- Advising on commercial contracts such as (distribution, franchise and agency agreements).
Lotte prefers a practical approach, understands the language of the entrepreneur and enjoys working closely with her clients.

Lotte promotes close cooperation between lawyers and is passionate about supporting young lawyers. For example, Lotte was a member of the board of the Gelderland Young Bar Association for two years.
