About Marieke Hulstijn-Botter
In 2009, Marieke graduated with distinction in Dutch Law at the University of Groningen. She has worked as a lawyer in Dirkzwager's Labour Law department in Arnhem since September 2009.rnrnMarieke works on general labour law in both advisory and litigation roles. Within the Labour Law department, Marieke specialises in the specific problems faced by corporate concerns. Marieke is the permanent contact person for a range of corporate concerns both within and outside of the region. Marieke provides specialist advice to various corporate concerns on labour law matters, both proactively and procedurally. rnrnWe act as a discussion partner for the directors, boards, HR managers and company lawyers of several large, market-leading companies. Marieke's experience includes providing guidance on restructures, employee representation matters, advising on in and outsourcing projects and transfers of undertaking. Of course, Marieke also deals with individuals, for example in dismissal cases.rnrnThe emphasis of Marieke's practice lies on serving large (multinational) organisations, whether or not as part of a team, but she also represents individuals and SMEs. rnrnln In June 2015, Marieke completed the post-academic programme in Labour Law at Erasmus University Rotterdam with distinction.
