Sanne joined Dirkzwager in 2021. Before, Sanne worked as a lawyer in the Banking & Finance practice of an international law firm in Amsterdam. Sanne specialises in matters relating to corporate and property law and assists and advises lenders (banks), (PE)funds and companies in (cross-border) financing transactions (such as syndicated and club-credit facilities, LMA(-light)documentation) en restructurings. Sanne has experience with various types of finance transactions, including real estate, acquisitions and project finance (e.g. renewable energy projects). Sanne is also involved in the rendering of legal opinions.
