Biography
Frank is a lawyer in the Government & Real Estate section at our Arnhem office and specialises in procurement law, construction law and competition law. He advises (semi-)public authorities and companies on, among other things, procurement procedures, (drafting) contracts in the construction industry, merger notifications and (enforcement of) the cartel ban. He also assists these clients in legal proceedings in arbitration - before the Arbitration Council for the Construction Industry.
