Jondalar has been a tax adviser at Dirkzwager since 1 September 2018. Before that, he worked at Loyens & Loeff N.V. in Oosterbeek for 1 year. In his daily practice, he advises national and international companies as well as director-major shareholders. He focuses on financing structures, restructuring, business succession structures, asset and privacy protection and real estate. Jondalar is a member of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers. Further specialising in real estate, he completed the Real Estate Tax Master Course at Erasmus University Rotterdam. In addition, Jondalar is annotator/author of the specialist journal Tax Advice in Practice. This professional journal covers selected case law in the field of income tax, corporate tax and transfer tax.
