Rutger has been a tax advisor since 2019 and specialises in VAT and transfer tax within the public sector.

Rutger has extensive experience in the healthcare, education and government sectors in the areas of partnerships, subsidy projects (public/private), real estate and tax control (Tax Control Frameworks).
