Testimonials about Annelinde:

  • Head of HR of a large international company in the pharmaceutical sector: "In recent years, Annelinde has more than successfully assisted us with small and large reorganisations, including a company relocation, and guided us through various individual and often complex dismissal cases. In addition, she acted as a sparring partner for everyday labour law issues. Her excellent interpersonal skills, ready knowledge, speed and competence are extraordinary. I speak on behalf of the entire HR team when I say that we always experience the cooperation as very pleasant!" (loosely translated from Dutch)
  • HR Manager at a global player in the breeding industry: "In my role as HR Manager I have worked together with Annelinde Janssen for many years. She has supported me adequately in various (complex) legal issues, such as the guidance of individual absenteeism or (instant) dismissal, to employee surveys. As a client, she was always there for you, so that we as a company could respond quickly when the situation called for it. What I admire about her is the fact that she was a good sparring partner and, where necessary, made you aware of the role of 'good employment practices'. In addition to her excellent professional and legal knowledge, she knew how to translate this into practice in a pleasant manner." (loosely translated from Dutch)
  • Head of HR of a large international company in the pharmaceutical sector: “Annelinde Janssen is the best external lawyer I ever worked with. She is really supporting the company as a business partner, is proactive and thinks with the client to find different solutions. As an external lawyer she supported my company on labor law advice related to several reorganizations, she helped us to review our company handbook (local CLA) and manage very difficult individual dismissal cases. Annelinde was always an added value and a really good HR sparring partner. A very positive and collaborative person whom it’s a pleasure to work with. As an expat it’s easy to say, having a partner you can trust is essential. With her I always felt supported. Last year I got a promotion and moved to my next role. I suggested the new HR head to work with her. The team was impressed by her professionalism, efficiency and strategic support.”

In either case you may always want to check whether this will give rise to tax and/or social security obligations for the relevant employee in the country in which they will be working. Below you can read about the situations which should set alarm bells ringing.
