About Claudia van der Most


Claudia has been working as a lawyer since 1998 and is a partner since 2007 and heads up the mergers and acquisitions practice. On 1 January 2017, she also became a member of Dirkzwager’s board of directors.

Recent cases: the sale of Quality Services Nederland B.V. to Bunzl Plc., the acquisition of LBS Beheer B.V. by Rupro Beheer B.V., the sale of all shares in the capital of Aelbers Flexibele Personeelsdiensten B.V., the sale of W.A. Sanders Coldenhove Holding B.V. to Neenah Paper and guiding the insurance merger of SUCSEZ/UPIVA.

Claudia (1973) joined the partnership when she was 30 years old. Since 2007 she has led the merger and acquisition practice and since 1 January 2017 she has joined the board of Dirkzwager. She is an advocate of women at the top and is enthusiastic about diversity within and outside of Dirkzwager.

Board member with Vriendenfonds Rijnstate (hospital in Arnhem), member of TELFA and the NVP (NVP is the private equity and venture capital association of the Netherlands and represents 90% of private equity and venture capital under management in the Netherlands). Claudia is a senior lecturer in corporate law involved in the professional training of lawyers (BA).
