About Claudia van der Most
Biography
Claudia has been working as a lawyer since 1998 and is a partner since 2007. She heads up the mergers and acquisitions practice and mainly guides transactions. She guides these transactions (if desired) from start to finish: from the letter of intent to the issue of new shares and/or the actual and legal transfer of shares or assets. Claudia has a standing track record in major M&A projects. She works closely with other advisors, including corporate finance advisors.

- The acquisition of 70% of the share capital of Water Platform Company, the Netherlands-based software company that owns HydroNET, by Arcadis; and
- The sale of all shares in the issued and outstanding capital of Krämer Bouwgroep B.V. (including its subsidiaries) to Houdstermaatschappij Constructif B.V.
