They use market mechanisms to better organise their public service provision. Louis will research the foundations of social enterprise and the legal entity and governance models of enterprises with public tasks. The aim is to contribute to legal theory and the operationalisation of new governance models for good governance, professional supervision, stakeholder involvement and social responsibility. This research will take place in the multi-disciplinary setting of the Centre for Governance of Social Enterprises (CBMO) of the TiasNimbas Business School.
