About Maarten Kole
Biography
Maarten has been practising as a lawyer since 1999. He works in the Corporate Law group at our Arnhem office and has been a partner with Dirkzwager since 2011. Maarten specialises in commercial litigation, advising, negotiating and conducting proceedings in a wide range of disputes in relation to group company law, commercial contracts and debt collection. In 2007, Maarten worked and studied in London. As a member of the expert group on energy, Maarten focuses on various issues in relation to the Dutch Electricity Act, Gas Act and Heating Act.

Maarten is a member of the Dutch Association for corporate litigation (Vereniging Corporate Litigation). Maarten also acts as a scout on behalf of the knowledge and innovation centre for energy and environmental technologies.
