Biography
Marieke joined Dirkzwager as a lawyer at the Nijmegen office in 1999. She works in the Healthcare department and specialises in legal entity law within healthcare. Marieke is involved with governance issues at healthcare institutions, mergers and other partnerships between (healthcare) institutions, acquisitions and restructuring of healthcare groups and advises healthcare institutions about other corporate law topics within healthcare.
