Mike van de Graaf Lawyer - Senior Corporate law

Mike is a senior corporate lawyer at Dirkzwager who specialises in corporate litigation, corporate governance and advising on the corporate aspects of domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures. He advises and represents clients in cases involving complex, high-stakes matters in the areas of corporate and property law. In addition, Mike works as an editor for Boom Juridische Uitgeverij Ondernemingsrecht (OR) Updates.

He regularly publishes on developments in the fields of company and corporate law.

- advised SOP International Limited on its acquisition of a majority stake in Liroy B.V., a distributor of Chinese foods and related products;

- assisting Arcadis on its acquisition of a majority stake in Water Platform Company, the Dutch-based software company that owns HydroNET. HydroNET is a platform with which decision-support systems for integrated water resource management (including studies, planning and operations for flood prevention, water supply and drought management) can be build and is aimed to support water management professionals in better anticipating extreme weather conditions as well as making well-informed, transparent and accountable decisions for managing water-safe environments;

- advised TABO B.V. and Nederlandse Messenindustrie Vastgoed B.V. regarding the (in)direct sale of their subsidiaries to Indutrade Benelux B.V., a subsidiary of listed company Indutrade AB; an

- involved in Mooreast Holdings’ listing on the Singapore Exchange’s Catalist.
