Biography

Robert is a partner in the firm and works in the Government Real Estate group of the Arnhem office. He specialises in the sale and acquisition of real estate, development projects, spatial planning law, tendering procedures, construction and tenancy law as well as regulations specific to housing associations. His client portfolio includes multinationals, project developers, housing associations, investors and brokers.

In addition to his work at Dirkzwager, Robert is a guest lecturer at Arnhem-Nijmegen University of Applied Sciences and acts as secretary for De Vastgoedsociëteit Arnhem Nijmegen. He also sits on the Advisory Board of the Stichting Duurzame A12, is editor-in-chief with Cremers Huurrecht and writes a column on tenancy law in the specialist publication Tijdschrift voor Vastgoedrecht. Robert is a member of various specialist associations, including the RICS.
