Biography
Sanne is a lawyer and a specialist in matters of corporate, financial and property law. Sanne joined Dirkzwager in 2021. Before, Sanne worked as a lawyer in the Banking & Finance practice of an international law firm in Amsterdam.
Sanne assists and advises lenders (banks), (PE)funds and companies in (cross-border) financing transactions (such as syndicated and club-credit facilities, LMA(-light)documentation) and restructurings. Sanne is also involved in the rendering of legal opinions.
Sanne has experience with various types of finance transactions, including real estate, acquisitions and project finance. There is a specific focus on the financing of (renewable) energy projects. Sanne assists both project developers and lenders.

- Assisting an international developer in connection with an EUR 122,000,000 acquisition- and projectfinancing of two solar parks with a combined capacity of 96MW;
- Assisting a Dutch bank with the financing of various solar projects (including rooftop solar systems / greenhouse solar systems / floating solar systems), whereby the Dirkzwager team also performed the legal due diligence;
- Assisting an international developer with the ER 27,000,000 projectfinancing of a solar plant (35MW), located in the Netherlands;
- Assisting an international developer with the ER 27,500,000 projectfinancing provided by a German bank for the realisation and exploitation of a solar plant in the Netherlands;
- Asssiting a large social housing corporation in the Netherlands with the restructuring of their current loan portfolio;
- Assisting a Dutch football club with obtaining a financing for the acquisition and development of a football stadium;
- Assisting a regional development company with the (mezzanine) financing of a real estate project.
