About Selma van Ramele
Biography
Selma has been working as a lawyer at Dirkzwager since 2001. She is one of our partners at the Corporate Law department. Selma supports her clients in transactions (mergers, acquisitions and restructurings). Furthermore, Selma advises, amends and drafts all kinds of commercial contracts. For many clients Selma is a personal advisor with whom they can spar. Without losing sight of the legal content, she also looks at the corporate interest. Clients describe her as sharp, accessible, involved and enthusiastic. Selma has been a member of the Dirkzwager board since 2019. She considers it an honour to contribute to the direction and future of Dirkzwager in this way.
