About Steven Effting
Biography
Steven has been working as a lawyer in the Corporate Law department in Nijmegen since December 2015. He read Dutch Law at Radboud University Nijmegen, focusing on general insolvency law and corporate law. With this background, Steven mainly supports entrepreneurs in small and medium-sized enterprises in the areas of trade disputes, liability, drawing up agreements and general terms and conditions, debt collection, seizure and enforcement and insolvency. Steven is also actively involved in the settlement of bankruptcies.
