
Biography
Wouter is a senior lawyer in the energy department. Wouter advises and litigates on (international) energy law and regulations in the field of electricity, gas and heat.
In addition to energy law, Wouter specializes in construction and real estate law and commercial contract law. Wouter frequently operates at the interface between these areas and energy law, including drafting and negotiating or litigating development agreements, EPC contracts and related (complex) commercial contracts.
Before his time at Dirkzwager, Wouter worked as general counsel at the European branch of an internationally operating and listed (Japan) modular construction company and was a lawyer at AKD.
