Biography

Claudia has been working as a lawyer since 1998 and became a partner in 2007. She leads the mergers and acquisitions practice and, in that capacity, primarily supervises transactions from start to finish. She works closely with other advisors, including corporate finance advisors. Claudia is not one to mince her words; she dares to speak her mind in a respectful manner. With her creative and quick thinking, she knows how to get the best possible results for her clients.

M&A specialisations - mergers and acquisitions - joint ventures - company law - participations - shareholder disputes.

Work highlights

The acquisition of the Randmeren network (the high-voltage network in the De Ranmeren area) by TenneT from Liander;
The sale by Danish company Obton to Groendus of 42 solar energy projects;
The purchase by Witteveen+Bos of Germany-based MTC, a consultancy firm specialising in tunnels.
