Biography
Mathijs works as a lawyer in the Government & Real Estate department. He advises and litigates in civil disputes.
He supports both (semi-)governmental bodies and tendering companies in matters relating to procurement law and construction law and represents them in civil court proceedings.
In addition, Mathijs regularly advises and litigates on the application of the Didam ruling, for example in cases where the question arises as to whether a municipality may sell a plot of land without a prior public selection procedure.
