Biography

Annelinde has been working as a labour law lawyer at Dirkzwager since 2015. Annelinde mainly advises medium-sized and large (international) companies, focusing on advising on international (cross-border) aspects (including expats) of labour law. Annelinde also assists in reorganisations: she is also well-versed in individual employment law cases. Think about sick employees, summary dismissal, individual dismissal, etc. In addition, Annelinde regularly advises on the appointment and dismissal of statutory directors, as well as on management agreements. In doing so, she focuses on the interfaces with tax and corporate law. Annelinde has experience with the application of the Standards for Remuneration Act ('WNT') for employers in the non-profit sector. Within her work, Annelinde adopts a down-to-earth and realistic approach and looks for practical solutions for her clients.
