Dries Bilas

Dries has been working as an attorney in Dirkzwager’s Corporate Law practice since 2025, where he is a member of the energy practice group. Prior to that, he studied Civil Law and Financial Economics at Radboud University in Nijmegen.

He advises on and litigates matters related to energy laws and regulations concerning electricity, gas, and heat, as well as the regulatory and contractual aspects of energy projects and transactions. In addition to energy law, Dries handles commercial contracts, general terms and conditions, and corporate law issues.

Thanks to his background, Dries is able to approach issues from both a legal and a business perspective.
