Karolina is a tax advisor and has been working at Dirkzwager since 2024. She specialises in national and international payroll tax, social security and cross-border employment. Karolina likes to contribute ideas from both a tax and employment law perspective. She frequently advises on bogus self-employment, remote working, participation schemes, social security, company cars and the work-related expenses scheme. Karolina is also responsible for our expat tax return practice.
Thanks to her pragmatic approach and organisational skills, Karolina supports clients with complex issues and projects. In her work, she values collaboration with clients, HR and payroll, as well as with fellow lawyers and tax specialists. She is meticulous and thinks strategically.
