Biography
Raez has been working as a tax adviser at Dirkzwager since 1 December 2025. His practice focuses on real estate taxation and formal tax law. Raez is a prospective member of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers and, from January 2026, will be a guest lecturer at Radboud University for the course ROTA Administrativa.
Within the real estate practice, he advises project developers, managing directors and major shareholders, as well as international and national companies. He supports clients in the tax structuring of projects, transactions and real estate positions, contributing strategic thinking on future-proof choices.
Raez also specialises in formal tax law. He assists clients in disputes with the Tax and Customs Administration, including objection and appeal procedures, and advises on appropriate litigation strategies. He also handles issues relating to tax and collection interest and assists clients in collection disputes with the tax authorities, such as writs of execution and payment arrangements. In all his work, he strives for clear analyses and sustainable, well-founded solutions.
