Robert is an attorney at the Supreme Court in Dirkzwager's cassation practice. He handles (cassation) cases on a variety of civil law topics. His main focus is on civil procedural law, general property law and liability law. Robert regularly represents public authorities, such as municipalities, but also (non-life) insurers and (other) commercial parties. Robert is also academically active. He publishes regularly, is a member of the editorial board of JBPr (Jurisprudentie Burgerlijk Procesrecht) and (co-)editor of the appeal title in SDU Commentaar Burgerlijk Procesrecht.
