Sanne Baljet-Beke 

Sanne has worked at Dirkzwager since 2015 and is working as senior legal assistant in the Government & Real Estate, notarial department, where Sanne focuses concentrates on the one hand on commercial real estate and in particular the utilities practice (including: establishing rights in rem and providing (small) plots of land) and on the other hand the foreclosure auctions of real estate (including: residential and businessbusiness premises) on the basis of both mortgage and distraint. Sanne also has the necessary experience with voluntary auctions.
