Thom Berndsen

Thom has been working as a legal assistant at Dirkzwager since 2023 in the Government & Real Estate department. He focuses primarily on energy-related transactions, including the transfer of land parcels, the establishment of building rights (utility facilities) and land exchanges. In addition, he combines his work within the notarial practice with studying law at the Open University.
