About Tom Vandeginste
Biography
Tom has been a lawyer with Dirkzwager since 1994, specialising fully in employment law and co-determination law. In his practice, Tom mostly assists large employers, with the emphasis on the strategic aspects of the aforementioned areas of law. Tom advises during extensive reorganisations, (company) takeovers and restructures. Naturally, employment matters concerning individuals, such as dismissal cases, also form part of his everyday practice. Tom's portfolio of regular clients includes leading employers in the care and for-profit sector. Since 2005, Tom has been a partner in Dirkzwager, and he has also been the Chair of the Board of Dirkzwager Advocaten en Notarissen N.V. since September 2015.
