Our Banking & Finance team has ample experience with issuing advice about and conducting proceedings. We act in this connection for (large) financial institutions such as credit providers, insurers and investment firms, but also for (semi) public institutions, (large) companies or private individuals who are confronted with (potential) violations of the duty of care. We act in proceedings before judicial authorities but also before a complaints boards such as the Financial Services Complaints Tribunal (Kifid).Our aim is to prevent a dispute and legal proceedings if possible, but we do not hesitate to take action if necessary. We are used to winning. We have many years’ expertise in conducting all manner of legal and other proceedings and class actions concerning financial law matters such as the duty of care, financial products including interest rate derivatives, credit agreements, consumer credit, credit terminations and/or investment advice.
