Aletha Dera-ten Bokum Lawyer - Associate partner Employment law

As part of the double Law Management programme at Radboud University Nijmegen, Aletha completed her Master's in Dutch Law in 2010, before graduating with distinction with a Master's in Business Administration in 2011. During her degree, she gained work experience as a paralegal at a legal firm. She has worked as a lawyer in the Labour Law department at Dirkzwager since 2012. Aletha works in general labour law, in both an advisory and litigation role. Her areas of focus include individual and collective dismissal cases and matters relating to incapacity for work, performance, restructures, employment terms and conditions and employee representation. Aletha's clients include (multi-)national businesses, medium-sized businesses and individuals.
