Bart Jacobs

Bart has been part of the corporate M&A team at Dirkzwager since 2017, where he practises as a senior lawyer in the (international) corporate M&A practice. He specialises in complex governance matters, corporate litigation and transactions. He engages closely with clients on strategic matters, without losing sight of the interests of both the entrepreneur and the business.
