Jelmer Schakel

Jelmer has been a candidate notary at Dirkzwager in the Government & Real Estate section since 2021 and works in the field of commercial real estate. He particularly focuses on projects in the field of (renewable) energy.

Jelmer's clients include grid operators, energy companies, developers, investors, banks and public authorities. He advises on and contributes to the establishment of rights in rem, such as ground lease and superficies (for solar and wind farms, for example), and has extensive expertise in the cadastral registration, transfer and financing of networks.
