Karin has worked in the notarial practice since 1992. After having worked at several top 10 firms, Karin joined Dirkzwager's Government & Real Estate section in 2004. Karin is particularly active in the field of purchases and sales (transaction practice), project development and real estate financing, where she mainly represents the interests of one party.
Karin has completed the Project Development Specialisation Course of the KNB.
Karin's focus is on commercial real estate, using her experience to assist developers and contractors developing new construction projects. She advises clients on complex real estate transactions and drafting and reviewing legal documents. In particular, Karin's practice consists of establishing mortgages and other rights in rem and assisting in purchase and sale transactions.
