Martin joined Dirkzwager in 2022 and, from his role as HR business partner, he supports the Employment Law, Liability & Insurance Law, Corporate Law, IP/IT, Marketing & Business Development and IT teams.

Within HR, his specific areas of focus are Performance management, Employee engagement, Recruitment & Employer Branding, Team development and D&I.
