Milou de Rooij-Velda

Milou is a senior candidate civil-law notary in the Corporate Law department. Within this department, she advises on general corporate law matters and, in particular, on matters relating to directors/major shareholders and family businesses. Her work includes advising on issues relating to business succession, asset transfers within families and developing future-proof solutions for entrepreneurs and family businesses (Business & Estate Planning). Milou is also a member of the Association of Estate Planners in the Notarial Profession (EPN).
