Rosanne is a lawyer in the healthcare section. She advises and litigates in the field of classic health law, healthcare privacy law, disciplinary law, contract law and quality legislation.Together with her team, she assists clients including healthcare providers, professional associations and government bodies. She is also a member of Dirkzwager's privacy team. Rosanne has been affiliated with Dirkzwager since her time as a working student. After her bachelor's at Radboud University, she focused on civil law and corporate law in healthcare during her masters. She has previously published on topics including the tension between a healthcare provider's right to due process and a patient’s right to privacy when defending against a complaint or claim (journal P&I), as well as on supervisory models within healthcare groups (journal Ondernemingsrecht). Both articles are based on her theses that received honourable mention from the Privacy Law Association and the Notarial Corporate Lawyers Association, respectively.
