Sarah Bartels

After completing her Master’s degree in Private Law, during which Sarah specialised in intellectual property law, she joined the Intellectual Property, IT & Privacy practice group in 2026. Her work focuses primarily on intellectual property law, including matters relating to copyright, trademark law, trade names, design rights and trade secrets.

During her studies, Sarah gained international experience by spending an academic year in Glasgow. She also specialised in patent law, writing her Master’s thesis on evergreening in the pharmaceutical sector.
