About Martijn Pennekamp
Biography
Martijn has worked as a senior member of our legal staff in our Nijmegen office since 1999. His focus areas include: the drafting of deeds of transfer and mortgage deeds, the drafting of sales agreements, division in apartment rights, new-build projects, project development, rights of superficies and tax matters (turnover and transfer tax). Martijn also specialises in maritime law.
