Nina joined Dirkzwager in the Government & Real Estate section in January 2022. She obtained her bachelor's degree in notarial law and her master's degree in notarial law from Radboud University in Nijmegen.
Nina deals with commercial real estate in the broad sense of the word, with her focus being on healthcare real estate, structured sales procedures and real estate transactions involving housing association real estate portfolios. Her role in such transactions consists of advising and drafting and reviewing various legal documents, often in consultation with civil-law notary John Wijnmaalen.
In addition, Nina has published on the legal aspects in healthcare real estate (Juridische Berichten voor het Notariaat 2024 number 3: College Sanering Zorginstellingen - Making a notification and seeking approval - Article 18 WTZI and the role of the notary).
Through her client-focused approach combined with her ability to move quickly and her knowledge and experience, Nina ensures flawless and efficient handling of complex notarial matters.
