New Act broadens possibilities for class actions in the Netherlands (USLAW MAGAZINE FALL 2021)

Jonathan Overes is a professional support lawyer specializing in liability law and insurance law. As a professional support lawyer, Jonathan works with lawyers, both in advising and in litigation. Jonathan is also active in the academic field of insurance law and is writing a dissertation (PhD) on fire insurance at Erasmus University Rotterdam.
Jonathan has been a lawyer at a large law firm in Amsterdam. Before that he graduated cum laude from two universities.
