About Henk Hoving
Biography
Henk Hoving became a lawyer in 1983, having completed his law studies at the University of Groningen. He started work in Rotterdam and joined Dirkzwager legal & tax in Nijmegen in 1987. He is one of the four partners of the Labour Law department, which has around 17 lawyers in Nijmegen and Arnhem. Henk specialises in advising and litigating in the areas of labour law, civil service law, pension law and employee representation law. He is also an education law specialist. For 9 years, Henk was a member of Dirkzwager's board of directors, serving as its chairman. Currently, he is a member of the Dirkzwager committee that carries out the annual evaluations of the existing partners and assesses any proposals for the appointment of new partners.

Henk is a co-founder (1994) and long-serving board member of the Eastern Netherlands division of the Association of Labour Lawyers (VAARA), a member of the Netherlands Association of Labour Lawyers and a member of the Rijk van Nijmegen Rotary Club.
